Extensive revitalization of a brownfield site in Vysočany, Prague 9. The initial preparation of the area up to obtaining partial building permits was carried out under the leadership of CASPYAN a.s., and in 2023, a 70% stake was acquired by the current co-investors. Since then, the project has undergone a significant transformation under the leadership of the well-known Danish studio Gehl architects.
The first construction phase includes a modern polyclinic complemented by 230 residential units. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025 with completion expected in late 2027/28.
