We are preparing for an extensive reconstruction of an existing apartment building on Pernerova Street in Karlín. The project includes a complete conversion of the attic space, where 5 new, modern apartment units will be created.
Our priority is to preserve the original character of the building, but at the same time equip it with the most modern features that will increase the comfort of the residents. Part of the reconstruction also includes the installation of an elevator, which will facilitate access to all floors of the building and thus improve the living comfort of all residents.
With our project, Pernerova Street will become an even more attractive place to live, where history meets modern trends. We look forward to its implementation and for it to become a new home.
