Welcome to the heart of Karlín, where history meets modern elegance!

The former steam power plant of František Křižík, one of the most important Czech inventors, has undergone a sensitive and comprehensive renovation. The result is a modern boutique office building with a total gross floor area of ​​1,000 m² spread over three floors.

The renovation also included the careful restoration of the historic chimney of the original power plant, which today forms an iconic element of the entire building and recalls its industrial past. The preservation of this technical heritage gives the building a unique character and connects modern architecture with the historical legacy of Karlín.

Construction of the project began in August 2025, with completion planned for the second quarter of 2027.

Architectural Concept
