Project detail
Extensive revitalization of a brownfield site in Vysočany, Prague 9. The initial preparation of the area up to obtaining partial building permits was carried out under the leadership of CASPYAN a.s., and in 2023 the current co-investors acquired a 70% stake. Since then, the project has undergone a significant transformation under the leadership of the well-known Danish studio Gehl architects.
Following on from the first building complex, the second part of the project will build 266 residential units with a total floor area exceeding 13 thousand m2.
Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2026 with completion at the turn of 2028/29.
