Extensive revitalization of a brownfield site in Vysočany, Prague 9. The initial site preparation up to obtaining partial building permits was led by CASPYAN a.s., and in 2023 the current co-investors acquired a 70% stake. Since then, the project has undergone significant transformation under the leadership of the renowned Danish studio Gehl architects.
The first construction phase includes a modern polyclinic supplemented by 230 residential units. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025 with completion expected at the turn of 2027/28.
