CASPYAN FUND SICAV a.s. is a fund of qualified investors focused on a diversified portfolio of real estate and development projects. The pillar of the fund is the strategic composition of the portfolio, including investments in rental housing projects and commercial real estate with long-term income potential, and development projects in the advanced stage of permitting with issued zoning or building permits.

 

The fund invests in projects for subsequent sale or, conversely, suitable for a long-term income portfolio. Thanks to the combination of stable income from real estate rentals and attractive appreciation of development projects, the fund provides investors with an optimal balance between regular income and capital growth. This is a young fund designed to manage and appreciate our own investments, to which we want to invite other investors so that we can grow together.
