Dvory Vysočany – the transformation of Prague 9 is underway
We are pleased to announce the launch of the development of the Dvory Vysočany urban project, which will transform a large brownfield site in Prague’s Vysočany district into a new, modern city quarter—a project we have been connected with since the very beginning of our presence in the real estate market. We have successfully joined forces with CORWIN, which has taken on the project with fresh energy and exceeded all our expectations.
Construction works on the first phase have now commenced, with planned completion in Q2 2029. The emerging district, designed by Danish urbanist Jan Gehl (Gehl – Making Cities for People) and the Czech studio Opočenský Valouch Architekti, will offer more than 1,000 apartments across several phases.
“The Dvory Vysočany project represents a significant step in transforming an industrial area into a vibrant, functional, and high-quality mixed-use urban district with a strong emphasis on public space. We are excited to see what we started becoming one of the most prominent brownfield transformations in Prague,” says Kamil Jankovský.
