Kamil Jankovsky
He studied International Business in Amsterdam. For 10 years, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of a company providing supply and engineering services to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Since 2017 he has been responsible for CASPYAN’s real estate portfolio management and business development. He specializes in structuring transactions and developing relationships with key business partners.
Miroslav Kašpar
He is the founder and main shareholder of the company. Miroslav is the driving force behind the company’s development and actively seeks new opportunities in the market.
His entire professional life has been dedicated to entrepreneurship and building companies. In addition to CASPYAN, he founded the Certus Mercatus Group, which successfully trades in consumer electronics and operates in 9 markets in Eastern Europe.
A strategy based on a strong understanding of people's needs
CASPYAN a.s. was established in 2021 as the legal successor of JAMIMI Assets, which has been active in the real estate market since 2011. The biggest milestone in our development was the acquisition of large brownfield sites in Prague’s Vysočany district. Here we have gained experience in running our own properties, both technically and commercially. At the same time, we worked on the development and transformation of the area. In 2018, we added another significant acquisition in the old Karlín development, again with a view to further development. At the same time, we have built strong relationships with key subcontractors that enable us to manage our investments very efficiently.
In 2024, we established a real estate fund for qualified investors (QIF),in which we allow you to invest with us in proven projects.
