The steam power plant building of inventor František Křižík underwent a complete renovation and was transformed into a modern boutique administrative building with 1,000 m2 of gross floor area on three floors.
As part of the reconstruction, the chimney of the former power plant was also repaired, which adds an exceptional character to the building.
The building is located in a quiet courtyard, full of greenery and tranquility, which creates an oasis of comfort in the middle of a busy city. Yet everything you need is just a few minutes walk from the metro station.
