CASPYAN FUND SICAV a.s. is a qualified investor fund focused on premium real estate and development projects, aiming to deliver both stable income and long-term capital appreciation.

 

At the core of our strategy is a well-diversified portfolio that includes rental housing and commercial properties with long-term yield potential, as well as development projects in advanced permitting stages with issued zoning or building permits. The fund invests in projects intended for future sale as well as in properties suitable for long-term income-generating portfolios.

 

By combining steady rental income with the attractive returns of development projects, we offer investors a balanced approach between stability and growth. CASPYAN FUND is a young and dynamic fund established to manage and grow our own investments. We are pleased to invite additional investors who share our vision and ambition to grow together.
